How to Manage Multiple Fantasy Football Teams
Playing in three, five or ten fantasy football leagues? Keep every team straight with one place for all your Sleeper and ESPN leagues: injuries, start/sit, waivers, trades and each league's weekly paper.
Start your league's paper, freeThe multi-league problem
Once you're in more than a couple of leagues, Sundays turn into a juggling act. Different apps, different scoring, different rosters, the same injured wide receiver in four lineups, and a waiver deadline you forgot about in the work league. Most mistakes in multi-league seasons aren't bad decisions. They're missed ones.
A simple weekly routine for every team
- Tuesday: read each league's recap and check the standings and playoff odds, so you know which teams are contending and which are playing for pride.
- Wednesday: waivers. Check each team's weakest position and spend FAAB where it matters most.
- Thursday to Saturday: injury report and start/sit for every team, after practice reports come out.
- Sunday morning: one last pass through every lineup for inactives and byes.
The routine only works if checking a team takes two minutes, not twenty. That's where having every league in one place helps.
How Pigskin Press handles multiple leagues
- Every league in one place: sign in to each league once, then switch between them from the top of the page with "Switch league."
- Sleeper and ESPN together: mix leagues from both platforms; each one gets the same tools.
- Find all your Sleeper leagues at once: enter your Sleeper username and pick from every league you're in.
- On every device: sign in with Google once and every team you've linked follows you to your phone, laptop and tablet.
- On your home screen: add Pigskin Press to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app.
What you get for each team
- Research desk: your injury report, start/sit suggestions with Sleeper and ESPN projections side by side, your weakest positions, and the waiver adds that fix them.
- Trade machine: test trades with values based on points per game played, injuries and draft picks.
- Standings and playoff odds: all-play, luck, schedule swap, strength of schedule and 10,000-simulation playoff odds.
- The league's weekly paper: the AI roast, preview, awards and trash talk, so you keep up with every group chat without reading every message.
Tips for managing a lot of teams
- Know your exposure. If one player is on several of your rosters, his injury news matters more to you than anyone else's.
- Separate contenders from rebuilders. Use playoff odds to decide where to push chips in at the trade deadline and where to play for next year.
- Set lineups early, then adjust. A full lineup on Thursday beats a perfect one you forgot to set.
- Keep the social side alive. Reading each league's recap takes a minute and keeps you in on the jokes.
Get it for your league
